Day card. Students will hammer nails into a simple block
of wood, following a heart shape. They will paint the block

Give your spelling unit a decided Valentine's Day twist
for the next two weeks with these printable spelling and
vocabulary "candy" hearts. You can make several copies of
your test words on red paper; then ask your students to
correctly spell their words. Each correct answer will re-

tach to a larger white heart template until it is com-
pletely filled in.
