Prejudism was very evident in the Tom Robinson Case.

Tom was only convicted because of his color.

In a Court Case during this time, if a black was involved, the black was always convicted.

Two of the only instances of segregation in To Kill A Mockingbird was in the churches and the housing situations. Blacks had seperate churches from whites, and also seperate living areas of Maycomb.
