Castle Housing is one of the major businesses in this area. They have been in this area since 1996, and have some of the most modernized housing developments in the area. They have helped Knox grow economically, physically, and financially. Knox is growing. It may not be fast but it is growing slowly. Castle in the last 5 years have brought more money to the area, gave people jobs, and gave some direction. Good work was hard to find for those who need to support families. It also helped to give Knox its pep back, something that it has needed for a long time. Most of castles workers are from Knox, and most of its housing materials are bought from the other surrounding areas. So lots of the given money is filtered back into the community. Castle helped get a lot of people back on to their feet; it gave them something to do, and something to look forward to. Castle does not always build the same homes. Or have exactly the same thing to do every day. The workers job change from day to day. Castle’s work picks up more in the summer. On one really wants to put a house up in the middle of the summer. Most of the houses are shipped out to Pennsylvanian. The second most state is New York. They sell about 800 houses a year. They make about 40,000 per home because they modify the houses to the way you what them built, and depends on the amount of options you get with a house. They also build to the HUD. What they have to have in the houses. Things like how many fire alarms, safely installed water heaters, and etc… Good workers are hard to find in larger areas. We like it here because a good work force. They tend to work harder in smaller areas opposed to larger areas. We like it here and intend to stay here for a long time. Castle has brought jobs for the people. Castle has help out Keystone High School by donated thing. We love to help out the people of the town in anyway we can. Knox is growing slowly. I think Castle has had an effect on the growth of Knox. We have a lot of workers that are members of the Knox community and the closely surrounding areas. We also buy the majority of our materials from the local businesses. Castle brings jobs and with that brings jobs that flows throw the community. Knox is also a safe place.
