 | Meeting:
A mandatory trip meeting will be held on March 22 in the high school
auditorium. Everyone going on the trip MUST attend this meeting. Small group information will be
issued, packing instructions and itinerary will be reviewed. |
 | Choices:
Complete the show choice form below and return it to Mr. Nesta or Miss Hall
tomorrow. Other choice forms will be forthcoming regarding menus, tour
groups, rooming lists, and chaperon assignments. With the exception of menu
choices, nothing
is guaranteed! We will do our best to accommodate your requests, but
cannot guarantee that everyone will get the assignment they want. If your
choices are not returned by the date due, you may be assigned at our
discretion. |
 | Fund
raising: Please make an effort to participate in the fund raising
opportunities that are provided by the KMA. Information is available on the
school web site. |
 | Dress:
We will not have an opportunity to go to the hotel before the shows on
Monday night. While no dress code is prescribed by the theaters, I prefer
that we are dressed a bit better than we might be on a normal school day.
Therefore, each person will receive a tour shirt to wear with khaki slacks
and comfortable walking shoes. The shirt cost is included in the trip cost. |
