Dwight D. Eisenhower was born in Denison, Texas in 1890 and died in 1969. He was the 34th President of the United States from 1953- 1961. He was a general for the allied troop in Europe in WW2. Another thing he did was orchestrated the D-Day Invasion.

Scott Joplin was pronounced King of Ragtime. He was born in Liden, Texas on November 24, 1868 and died on April 1, 1917. He wrote more than 500 pieces of music, 1 ballet, and 2 operas. He led the development of Ragtime. Some pieces that he wrote were The Maple Leaf Rag, The Entertainer, an The Great Crush Collision.
George W. Bush was born June 12, 1924. He was the 41st President of the United States. He's the father of the present time President, George Bush. He was a Zapata Petroleum Corp. Executive in Houston. Some other things he has been is the US Congressman, Intelligence Agency Director, served 2 terms as a Representative to Congress from Texas, and in 1981-1989 he was a Vice President. He flew 58 combat missions in WW2.
