and read as much as you can in the time allotted. Print what you feel
will be most useful to you in creating your newspaper front page,
including a picture or two.

2. Use Pages
to create the newspaper.
3. Give your newspaper a fictitious name and a date
which follows the event you decide to cover in your lead story.
4. Your lead story will report the Who, What, When,
Where and Why of the event. Make sure to choose a major event relating
to the rise of Hitler in some aspect.
5. Next, decide upon a topic for your editorial in
which you give your opinion about the issue. The editorial will contain
your perspective on the events you have just read about.
6. Check out the Newspaper Rubric which gives you a
list of the elements upon which the individual leading story will be
evaluated.
7. Finally, collaborate with your group to create a
poster which displays the newspapers of each member in chronological
order. Your poster should be designed and displayed appropriately.
