* The Pennsylvania Department of Health requires physical examinations for all children upon entry into school (kindergarten or 1st grade), 6th and 11th grades. If your child has not yet had an exam and you would like your child examined by the school doctor, please notify the school nurse and complete the required paperwork by April 26, 2024. School examinations will take place May 7th in the nurses' offices. If you wish to be present, call and notify the school nurse prior to this date. 814.797.1251 ext. 1133
